Many of our providers offer private small group sessions on site and in a variety corporate and retreat settings in the community. 


Most of our predesigned courses work well for groups of up to 20, please contact us for information on working with larger groups.

  • Sound Bath with Dianne Milligan

    Participants are guided through a full body listening experience that uses crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, drum and many other instruments. In addition to relaxing the body and mind, a sound bath can balance the chakras by utilizing specific sound vibrations.Sound bath is an ancient sound healing practice whereby the practitioner leads the clients into a relaxed, reclining position and allows the healing sounds of instruments to bathe the client.

    *Participants lay on the ground and will need a blanket or yoga mat to lay on.

  • Guided Nature Walk with Libby

    Shinrin Yoku is an ancient Japanese wellness practice. Literally translated, it means ‘forest bathing.’ Being in nature is good for our well- being: body, mind, and soul. In this session, learn about the history of this practice, the science behind nature’s healing benefits, and be guided on a nature walk on your campus. 


    *Participants need a smart phone and headphones.


    Up to 20 participants, can be done synchnronus or asynchronus $150 per hour, travel time included.

  • Whole Being Wellness and You with Libby

    Health coach nurse Libby Pasquariello, will guide you through an assessment of your current state of whole being wellness. (W)holistic care means paying attention to all facets of your being, not just physical health, to come into a state of well-rounded, (w)holistic wellbeing. Spend this time in a small group setting gaining clarity on your personal state of whole being wellness and walk away with an actionable plan to level up your wellness!


    Up to 20 participants, can be done synchnronus or asynchronus $150 per hour, travel time included.

  • Mindful Eating with Libby

    Eating for wellness.Topics will include the value of mindfully eating whole, balanced, less processed foods, focusing on protein. Participants will have an interactive experience, sampling food from and being guided to practice skills of mindful eating.

  • Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude with Libby

    Creating a habit of expressing gratitude daily supports a more positive mindset. In this session, learn about the science behind cultivating an attitude of gratitude for better health and well-being. Then participate by creating your own gratitude tree. This is an exercise that can be adapted for use in the classroom at a variety of levels.

  • Bodymind Techniques for Stress Relief with Lisa Moran

    Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or struggling to find balance in your life? Are you tired of

    being tired? Ready to enjoy life again? Reclaim your life energy using the power of hypnosis and body-mind techniques. For anyone experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, emotional exhaustion or overwhelm. This session will include instruction, group discussion (sharing is optional), and group hypnosis focusing on gaining clarity, experiencing relaxation, rewriting self-talk, and accessing feelings of calm and balance whenever you need it.

  • Corporate Yoga & Meditation Classes

    Bring mindfulness to your workplace, once time events and series classes available to be booked off site. 


    Pricing dependant of group size and travel, usually starts at $150 and hour.
